Sarah's personal favorite! A Sarah Hart concert offers an energetic, insightful, welcoming experience  that is intergenerational and inclusive. She weaves stories throughout her concert as she shares her love for songwriting through the depth of her songs. Involvement from the choir and/or congregation is most welcome!

 

PARISH MISSION/RETREAT DAY
Sarah has written four retreats for women's retreat days, parish missions, and dioscesan or conference presentations. A Sarah Hart retreat experience is woven with fun, humor, songs, prayer, scripture, Sarah's personal stories and discussion time. Accompanying retreat books are published by OCP and are available for your event. Below is a list of each:
 

Planted, Thriving, Yielding: The Fruit of the Spirit - This retreat digs in to the nuances of "The Fruit Of The Spirit" from the book of Galatians. We discern what these fruits mean by walking through the life of Jesus in the gospels.

Blessed Are You: The Beatitude Walk - This retreat offers a deep look into the meaning of Jesus' "Sermon On The Mount" and his gift to us of the Beatitudes. We follow the beatitudes through specific examples in the stories and teachings of Jesus.

Sisters of Christ - This retreat is an in-depth look at the lives of eight women saints. In these extraordinary women, we see our selves, and how we, too in our own faith are extraordinary.

Daughters of God - This retreat is an in-depth look at the lives of eight women of scripture, four from the Old Testament and four from the New Testament. We see the experiences of women from thousands of years ago meet our own modern day journey.

 

WORKSHOP FOR MUSICIANS: CONTEMPORARY MUSIC IN LITURGY
This workshop delves into the new music emerging from the greater church, and how it fits (or doesn’t) into our modern-day yet traditional liturgy. Includes learning new material/singing, as well as discussions about “praise verses performance” songwriting (and psalm-writing), cantoring, putting together a great worship band, and effectively introducing new music to the congregation.

DIOSCESAN YOUTH AND MINISTRY EVENTS, LITURGIES, ADORATION/XLT

Sarah gives a variety of keynotes based on the specific needs of, or themes chosen by, your parish or youth group. She also is available for all liturgies, as well as Adoration.
